A Year in Review at Wright’s: 2025 by the Numbers (and the People Behind Them)

As we look back on the past year at Wright’s, one thing stands out above all else: none of this happens without the incredible community that walks through our doors, supports our farm, and shares in the joy of good food made with care. From early mornings in the bakery to late nights in the creamery, 2025 was full of hard work, meaningful moments, and more than a few sweet treats.

Here’s a look back at what this year looked like behind the scenes.

🍦 The Flavors You Loved Most

Some flavors never go out of style — and this year proved it. Our top five best-selling ice cream flavors were:

  1. Vanilla

  2. Chocolate

  3. Coffee Oreo

  4. Black Raspberry Oreo

  5. Cookie Dough

Whether classic or indulgent, these favorites kept our scoopers busy and our freezers stocked all year long.

🧁 A Year of Baking (and a Lot of Ingredients)

Our bakery team truly worked their magic this year. Here’s a glimpse at just how much went into your favorite treats:

  • 64,000 pounds of powdered sugar

  • 42,000 pounds of flour

  • 6,100 pounds of chocolate chips

That’s a whole lot of measuring, mixing, and baking — and even more early mornings and late nights.

🐄 From Our Cows to Your Cone

At the heart of everything we do are our cows. This year, they produced:

  • 3,255,000 pounds of milk

  • 378,000 gallons total

Every scoop, sip, and swirl starts right here on the farm, and we’re proud to care for our herd and steward the land that supports them.

🥐 By the Numbers: Bakery Favorites

Our pastry cases stayed busy all year long, with over 700,000 individual pastries made and sold. A few standouts:

  • 50,000 small éclairs

  • 30,000 cannolis

It’s safe to say our bakers didn’t slow down — and neither did our customers.

🛒 Our Busiest Day of the Year

No surprise here — the day before Thanksgiving once again took the crown as our biggest sales day of the year. From pies to rolls to last-minute must-haves, you showed up in a big way, and we’re grateful every single time.

💛 A Community That Keeps Growing

This year, we welcomed over 350,000 visitors across our four locations — a number that still feels surreal to write.

And to our loyalty members: thank you.We awarded over 9,000 free sixth gallons, and we love seeing those rewards go back into your freezers and family traditions.

Looking Ahead

Every number tells a story — of early mornings, shared meals, celebrations, and everyday moments made a little sweeter. As we look ahead to another year of baking, scooping, milking, and creating, we’re endlessly grateful to be part of your routines and your traditions.

Thank you for being part of the Wright’s family. We can’t wait to see what the next year brings.

There is just no comparison to Wright’s dairy Farm the absolute best, I’m proud to be a neighbor in Cumberland and part of a great community! Unfortunately, since I retired I cannot purchase as often as I would like. Maybe you could consider a Senior discount? Just a thought. Happy New Year!
