Wright's Dairy Farm, Inc. ("Wright's," "we," "us") runs Wright's Dairy Farm & Bakery and Wright's Creamery. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, wrightsri.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Orders and accounts placed through our online ordering app are handled by our ordering provider, Appfront. Their privacy policy also applies.
Information we collect
Information you give us. This includes when you shop our online store, place a custom order, sign up for our newsletter or Test Batch Club, contact us, or comment on our blog:

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use our site. We have turned on Google Analytics advertising features, including Google signals and demographics and interests reporting. Google signals may link activity across devices for visitors who are signed in to Google and have turned on ad personalization. We only see this information in combined, anonymous reports. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
We and third-party vendors, including Google and Meta, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as Google and Meta advertising cookies) together. They help us understand site activity, and measure and deliver ads based on past visits to our site.
Your choices

Cookie banner. Accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies when you first visit. You can change your choice any time using the privacy settings button (fingerprint icon) in the bottom-left corner of every page.

Google. Change or turn off ad personalization at Google Ads Settings. You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting your data with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta. Manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Ad preferences.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we have no plans to. We do not share customer lists with other businesses for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business. They may use it only to provide their services to us:

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to serve you, keep business records and meet legal requirements. Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
